Some of your comments
•Add more hills.
•More media exposure. It's a great event, it's about time the mtb community heard more about it.
•A massage service
•Better medical support along the route
•A few distance markers e.g 10km and 1 k to go.
•Incorporate greater sections of singletrack into the event even if it means the routes are slightly shortened.
•More prizes given away to 'ordinary' competitors on a daily basis for making it through or even random
•I liked the interviews with category leaders in years past, it gives us all a chance to get to know people a bit more--maybe not ever team every night but...
•I do love the idea of going through the Gravity circuit on Day 6 instead of the road - would have made it tougher
•Provide GPX map files
•Putting butter on sandwiches... try vegemite and bread straight yourself!
•Gells and Torq bars at feed stations. We give our number and fix the bill up with Dean at the end. It worked with the repairs why can't it work with nutrition?
•A day for partners to ride
•More promotion (early) of T3 - its a great option for the time / fitness challenged
•Could you arrange deluxe bike washing with detergent?
•Get a sponsor that makes coffee
